Estimates and Authorizations

All preliminary online estimates are visual evaluations based on the information provided and are subject to physical teardown inspection. Formal repair authorizations must be signed before structural repairs begin.

Insurance Claims

Under California law, you maintain the legal right to have your vehicle repaired at any licensed collision repair facility of your choice. While we assist in direct communication with insurance carriers, ultimate financial responsibility for approved deductibles remains with the vehicle owner.

Warranty Coverage

Montrose Auto Body provides a written limited lifetime warranty on paint finishes and structural body craftsmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.
